Sinopsis :
Fifteen year old Ichigo Kurosaki has always had the ability to see ghosts. However, this ability never really impacted on his life until the day he encountered a Shinigami. While under the attack of a Hollow, an evil spirit that preys on the souls of humans... The Shinigami named Rukia, lends Ichigo some of her power so that he can protect and save his family from harm. Much to her surprise though, Ichigo absorbs every last drop of her power. Now a Shinigami himself, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he inhabits is one full of dangerous spirits and beings. Along with Rukia, it's now his job as a substitute Shinigami; to protect the innocent from Hollows and help wandering souls find peace. In 2005, Bleach was awarded the Shogakukan Manga Award in the Shounen category.
